Since this payment concept was relatively new in the marketplace, I crafted an interface that would help to mitigate consumer timidity by crafting a tactile interface approach in a reflective, embossed, card shape.

After the acquisition of Skype by eBay Inc, the integration of PayPal into the Skype client became a key initiative. The integration would include PayPal account setup, peer to peer payments, and changes to Skype credit.

Working with two brand and UED teams, I arrived at a solution that would leverage a PayPal ingredient brand on the chromeless Skype window. This preserved the Skype experience while leveraging trust and safety being core to the PayPal brand.

The Highway Community needed to translate their new fundraising campaign to a flash based web site that could educate and inspire a broad audience.

Working with the teams concept I developed a site design and logo that would appeal to the audience and deliver salient content that would demonstrate the communities needs. The initiative witnessed an increase in community involvement and netted contributions in excess of $117,000.

The goals of this redesign effort was: utilize customers expanding monitor size and resolution, surface products in a thoughtful and organized manor, integrate marketing placements, and freshen the Bank of America brand.

As part of a team, I developed an aesthetically-pleasing, virtual store window that offered more targeted marketing and prominent homepage log-in. Though pitted against world-class agencies, our re-design won out and was warmly received by our customers for appearance and ease of use.

Bank of America's new "Higher Standards" brand platform required translation to the web.

Once more the internal team won against outside agencies. My team translated the brand look and feel onto our homepage use a new color palette, logo, and a rectilinear style. The clean look and feel captured the spirit of "Higher Standards."

In order to highlight features of the Private Bank (banking services tailored to the needs of high net worth individuals and groups) an interactive module was needed that would reflect the existing off-line marketing approach.

I developed an interactive flash module that provided an overview of the different aspects of the Private Bank and guided prospective clients to more detailed information.

With the largest ATM network in the United States (more than 14,000 locations) Bank of America was positioned to make a significant impact in delivering the Higher Standards brand to its customers. An interface redesign was required to achieve this, as well as accommodate touch-screen ATM technology.

I worked with the design and interaction team to create an elegant and accessible ATM screen design that leveraged the Higher Standards palette.

To support my deepening passion for photography, and to display a wide range of examples of my work, a sister site was required to provide examples to perspective clients and models.

Using a rich pattern and lighting effects on a dark canvas a site design came together that will elegantly present my photos in a simple to use and accessible fashion.

As a relative institution in Menlo Park for the past fifteen years, Martha's Pasteries has tirelessly served its patrons by providing superb baked goods and a cozy atmosphere to enjoy a treat with a friend. A web presence was needed to both inform new customers and aid in fulfilling orders by phone.

In keeping with the bakery's warm atmosphere and adherence to old world benchmarks for quality baked goods, a site design was crafted to gel with this theme. Products were carefully categorized and key information was surfaced that will allowing for an efficient, consistent, and pleasurable user experience.
